Prior to relocating to Oregon in 1992, Patty earned a J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and practiced civil litigation and probate law at a large law firm in the Midwest. After that she worked in the legal department of the corporate headquarters of Motorola. Later she taught real estate license preparation classes at a local community college.
In 2002, Patty departed from the legal and teaching environment choosing to pursue real estate development and sales. In her real estate practice, she confidently uses her contracting and negotiation skills to ensure that every detail of a sale is expertly handled. This knowledge applies particularly well in the difficult areas of short sales and distressed properties. Clients feel secure trusting one of the largest transactions of their life to Patty.
Patty has been selected as a Five Star Real Estate Agent for 2012 and 2014, honoring agents identified by clients and industry experts for providing exceptional service and overall satisfaction, an award earned by fewer than 7% of real estate agents in the Portland area.
Her diverse background and training serves her well in her current position as a Managing Principal Broker. Her overall real estate knowledge and problem solving expertise provide the Brokers at Soldera Properties excellent advice along with a level of support and guidance that is second to none in the industry.
