Kris brings creativity, strategic thinking, and a calm, can-do approach to Portland’s commercial real estate scene. After five successful years in residential real estate—a career sparked by renovating a historic home with her husband—she recently joined respected commercial broker (and fellow Sunset High alum) Mike Maloney to focus on commercial real estate.

While training to become a Commercial Appraiser with a focus on land and timber, Kris discovered that her true passion lies in helping people actively invest in real estate—not just assess its value. Now she helps clients make strategic investments and lease the right spaces—offering an alternative to sometimes daily demands of residential property management.

Before real estate, Kris worked in Portland and Los Angeles producing high-end design projects and photo shoots for global athletic brands, design firms, and film studios. These fast-paced roles sharpened her problem-solving skills and taught her how to manage complex projects, strengths she brings to every deal.

Kris works with both commercial and residential clients who value her honest advice, strong instincts, and eye for opportunity. A Portland native, she’s deeply connected to her community and loves being part of its vibrant network of creatives and entrepreneurs. Outside of work, you’ll find her skiing, wine tasting, catching live music & comedy shows, or camping with her husband and their dog, Marlo.
