I'm Francisco Salgado, a licensed broker in Oregon and Washington and co-founder of Campbell Salgado Real Estate Group alongside my business partner and wife, Kim Campbell.
My background in real estate is hands-on in a way that is hard to teach. I grew up in Mexico City and built my first house at 19. I later earned degrees in photography and sculpture, taught at PCC and Clark College, and worked construction through school. I know how homes are built, what problems look like behind the walls, and how to read a property the way most agents cannot.
Kim and I bought a 100-year-old fixer-upper in Portland and renovated it ourselves. That project deepened everything I know about homes and what they are worth.
We work as equal partners on every transaction. Kim leads on marketing, negotiation, and client strategy. I bring construction knowledge, contractor relationships, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Together we cover ground that a single agent rarely can.
