With a name like Woodhouse, it’s no surprise Kim found her calling in real estate. A third-generation Oregon native, Kim’s roots run deep—growing up in West Linn, studying at the University of Oregon, and later attending Willamette University College of Law.
Before stepping into real estate full-time, Kim spent a decade as Publisher of Luxury Home Magazine, honing her marketing expertise and sharpening her analytical skills. Early in her real estate career, she joined a high-volume team where she guided more than 200 buyers and sellers through smooth, successful transactions.
Clients know Kim for her above-and-beyond approach. Whether it’s strategizing a creative marketing plan, negotiating, or taking care of details behind the scenes, her focus is always on making the process less stressful and more rewarding.
At the heart of her work, Kim sees real estate as more than just a transaction—it’s about guiding people through the major life moments of saying hello or goodbye to a home. She’s committed to creating an experience where her clients feel supported every step of the way.
When she’s not serving clients, Kim’s world revolves around her sweet son Ollie, who sometimes tags along and is known as the most charming showing assistant in town.
