The journey that brought Julie and her husband and business partner, Chris, into real estate started unlike most. In 2016, an opportunity to invest in a custom home subdivision presented itself to the couple. They jumped in with both feet, formed H & H Homes and became real estate developers – designing, building, and selling luxury homes in the seven-lot subdivision. Their investment turned into a true labor of love, and real estate became their new passion.
Julie is a native Oregonian who grew up in Milwaukie and graduated from Oregon State University. For 20 years, she and Chris have called West Linn home, raised their three children there and experienced everything the family-friendly community has to offer, including the top-notch schools, youth sports programs and recreational activities. As a team, Julie and Chris are a true force in the West Linn real estate market and are thrilled to introduce West Linn and the surrounding communities to newcomers as well as help local clients find their first or forever homes.
