I'm Kim Campbell, a licensed Oregon broker and co-founder of Campbell Salgado Real Estate Group. I've lived in Portland for over 30 years and know this city the way you only can when you've watched neighborhoods change and markets shift.

My path to real estate was anything but straight. I studied art therapy, worked as a professional photographer, and ran my own businesses for 30 years. That background gave me something most agents don't have: the ability to listen carefully, read a situation clearly, and negotiate without backing down. I work with Francisco Salgado, my husband and business partner. He's bilingual, knows construction and remodeling inside out, and has contractor relationships that save our clients real money. Together we've also restored two century-old homes, so we know what it means to see potential in a property.
